Romantic Room is a charming, traditional room carved into the cliffside, overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the stunning Marina di Praia bay. It is the perfect choice for those seeking a romantic escape, where the gentle sound of the sea and breathtaking coastal views create a truly unforgettable stay. The room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and is situated just above the renowned Il Pirata Restaurant, which also offers a beach club service.



The room is arranged on a single level and features:



• Entrance through the double bedroom (bed size 160x190) – sea view

• En-suite bathroom with shower

• Esclusive patio with infinity sea view



The room is nestled in the bay of Marina di Praia and is accessible via a scenic 150-meter seaside path and a short flight of approximately 20 steps. The main beach lies just below the property. The village center is approximately 1 km away. Private parking is available on request for a fee, located about 150 meters from the property.

The place was great and the view even more beautiful! We stayed here 2 nights and the surrounding is just stunning. They are restaurants with amazing views around the room and you can also walk down 5 minutes to a beach. They also have water taxi that can bring you to Positano, Amalfi and it is located right next to the beach. The host replied pretty fast to all of our questions and was really helpful. Thank you!

Gorgeous Place in Praiano

We had an amazing time at Smaac’s place. The host was very easy to get in touch with for whatever we needed. Including booking us a last minute car back to Naples. The location was gorgeous and we enjoyed being a bit outside the crowds in Positano. We ended up taking the water taxis 2 days in a row, which was not only easy and smooth but also a fun and beautiful way to get around. Can’t recommend enough. We hope to be back some day!

The view, the location so close to amazing restaurants and bars, easy check in and check out The room contains a wifi box but there were no details of what the password was. The room contains a mini fridge and wine glasses but no bottle opener.

We were here to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

This private room has a spectacular view of Praiano Mare. High above the restaurant and harbor it is a beautiful place. The room is very clean and just the right size for a couple to enjoy a few days We did not find the entrance down to Il Pirata the first try. It would be helpful to show a small map of the turn. We were very happy with the parking service at the small lot located at the bottom of the hill

Lovely Romantic Room

We absolutely loved the stay here. Francesco was communicative the whole week and organised us transfers from Naples and back at each end. He also got us in touch with a local taxi driver which was helpful with the busy taxi system. The room was cosy and looked exactly like the photos. The view cannot be done justice through photos, it is unreal and we used the balcony a lot. The restaurant below is one of the most popular in the area, great food and always busy. The other best thing is you can walk into the Praiano town but also walk to the beach in minutes. We also used the water taxi service from Marina Di Praia a lot which was unreal and a lot of the beach clubs offer a free shuttle to and from here. The experience was outstanding thanks to Francesco and the team and we will be back one day.

Nicht positive Erfahrung

Wir hatten eine Anreise von 15 Stunden hinter uns als wir gegen 16 Uhr den Schlüssel erhielten. Auf den ersten Blick konnten wir den Schimmel Geruch nicht feststellen da ja vorher das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Die Klimaanlage hat haben wir erst am Abend in Betrieb genommen. Am nächsten Tag sind wir zeitig in der Früh los. Als wir am Nachmittag zurückgekommen sind haben wir den extremen Geruch von Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit wahr genommen. Ich habe dieses sofort bei Vera gemeldet und ihr den Schimmel im Badezimmer sowohl auch im Zimmer gezeigt. Mein Mann ist Klima Techniker und hat sich die Klimaanlage genauer angesehen. Total verdreckt. Hier wurde 100 Prozent schon lange nicht Fachgerecht gereinigt. Fr Vera hat dann die Kellnerin und einen Kellner beauftragt das Badezimmer zu putzen. Schimmel gehört Fachmännisch entfernt und nicht mit einen herkömmlichen Haushalts Reiniger. bei der Klimaanlage hat der Kellner hat nicht einmal gewusst wie man die Filter raus nimmt. Le logement est correct

Le logement est correct, quoique pas très soigné et l’accueil manque de chaleur quand on comprend que les vraisemblablement les propriétaires sont dans le restaurant en dessous. En un mot les propriétaires du parking ont été d’une aide beaucoup plus efficace !

Camera con vista meraviglioso

La posizione della camera è unico al mondo. Vedere l’alba in prima fila su la costa amalfitana dal balcone della camera è indimenticabile. I proprietari sono deliziosi e il loro ristorante sotto la camera è uno degli migliori in tutta la costa Camera potrebbe essere un po’ più curata anche se non manca niente. Cambio asciugamani dopo qualche giorno sarebbe stato apprezzato
