Perched on the hillside of Ravello, one of the Amalfi Coast’s most enchanting towns, Villa Cosma offers sweeping views over the sparkling sea. While the villa offers a peaceful escape, you’re just minutes from Amalfi, Positano, and the hidden gems of Atrani, Minori, and Vietri sul Mare.

For nature lovers, scenic trails like the Sentiero dei Limoni and the walk from Ravello to Amalfi showcase the region’s breathtaking landscapes.

The villa is spread across three apartments. From the main entrance, a flight of 20 steps leads down to the first two apartments on the upper floor.

Apartment 1 – Upper Floor – Sleeps 6
With small living room with kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and a double sofa bed.
This apartment has two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Apartment 2 – Upper Floor – Sleeps 6
With small living room with kitchenette, TV, air conditioning and a double sofa bed. This apartment has two double bedrooms with balcony with sea views; one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, the other has a separate bathroom with shower, accessed from the living room.

Apartment 3 – 1st Lower Floor – Sleeps 4
Accessed via an external flight of 16 steps down from the upper floor.
With living room with kitchenette, TV and air conditioning. This apartment has one bedroom with double bed, small window (no view) and a bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning, window with sea view and en suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Dining Areas – 2nd Lower Floor
Accessed via an external flight of 16 steps down from 1st Lower Floor, on the lowest level, a professional kitchen and indoor dining room offer the perfect solution for group meals or catered events, with direct access to the main dining terrace above.

Set amidst 5,000 square meters of gardens and walkways, Villa Cosma feels like a private resort. Bougainvillea-draped terraces, lemon trees, and terracotta pots surround the villa, while winding paths lead to multiple terraces for dining and relaxation. The jewel of the property is the infinity private pool (7x3m, max depth 1.2 m, opening date 1/4, closing date 31/10) and hot tub (open from 1 April to 31 October, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; evening use, on request for an extra fee), tucked into the greenery with spectacular panoramic views. For the ultimate in relaxation, enjoy the natural cave plunge pool, or sip wine on a sun-drenched terrace after a day exploring the coast. A covered BBQ area and catered breakfast on the main terrace complete this dream setting.

PLEASE NOTE:
- the property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to multiple staircases and terraces.
- the villa has no on-site parking, but several parking spots are available just 150m away and assistance is provided with luggage. However, as the villa is just a short distance from the bus stop, a car is not essential.
