Cava Li Santi Residence is located in Santa Caterina, Nardò near Gallipoli. the structure is only 2 km from Porto Selvaggio, park and protected nature reserve of the Puglia region, famous for its uncontaminated nature and its crystal clear sea it is a destination for many tourists.
Cava Li Santi Residence takes its name because it was completely dug out of the rock of a Salento quarry and ancient shell fossils emerge from the rocky walls of the structure and the dry stone walls. The walls of the apartments were built respecting the style of the surrounding nature and of the quarry.

Interior
Studio apartment for 4 people on the ground floor. Composed of entrance with kitchenette and double bed, alcove with bunk bed, bathroom with shower. Equipped with air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, safe, hairdryer, iron and board on request, fridge and mosquito nets on the windows. Possibility of adding a cot or cot with supplement. Sleeps 2 + 2. Pets are allowed with an extra cost.

It has a veranda for exclusive use equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.

The Residence is immersed in 4,500 m2 of Mediterranean scrub. The structure is completely fenced and under video surveillance and is accessed via an automatic gate. Swimming pool (18 x 11 meters), with relaxation area, outdoor showers and coin-operated laundry area are available to guests. Barbecue area with everything you need for grilling and dining outdoors. Play area for children. Chicken coop. Internal parking area. Bicycles available at the reception for free use. Pets allowed with supplement. Possibility to book umbrellas and sunbeds at the partner beach with sandy beach just 5km away.

The price includes: property delivered completely clean and equipped with bed linen and towels, utilities, utilities (water-electricity-gas for kitchen use), wifi, initial and final cleaning, bikes available, change of linen and cleaning for stays longer than a week.

On request: mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per animal), agreement with private beach and parking approximately 5 km away, cot rental €50, extra bed €100.

Booking conditions: 30% confirmation deposit via bank transfer/PayPal, the balance and extra and optional costs on site upon arrival upon delivery of the keys.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with guaranteed refund of the deposit paid.
