My Rental Homes - Villa Molinazzo 10: pool and lovely view of the surrounding hills

Villa Molinazzo is a beautiful villa in the Umbrian countryside, in a strategic location between Border line between Umbria and Tuscany, perfect starting point for several day trips to some of most beautiful location of the regions such as Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, or Montepulicano, Pienza, Montalcino, the val d’Orcia, Siena, Arezzo and many other destinations. The villa is only 20 km away from one of most beautiful Umbrian city Orvieto, with its impressive Duomo which dominate the city. In Orvieto there is fast train station which connect Rome or Florence in one hour.

The outdoor of the villa is very well maintained full of green flowers, olive groves. A private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. (depth 60 to 170 cm) which offers a lovely view of the surrounding hills, sun beds and umbrellas. There are two covered areas equipped with table chairs, external sofas where to relax or enjoying al fresco meals cooking around the barbecue tasting some of the finest wines of the area. There is also a tennis court available for guests and private parking for over 6 cars.

The property consists in two separate units which have been recently restored keeping the attention in mix some modern furniture with the old fashion of the villa, in order to give the best of comfort to its guests.
The main house sleeps up to 10 people, and the dependence host additional 4.
The main house develops in two levels, at the ground floor we found a large living area with sofas, armchairs, Satellite TV with CD and DVD player. A working fireplace, a door opens to the spacious loggia equipped with garden furniture. The dining room is just next to the living and has a large table that accommodate up to 16 people and there is also a working fire place.
Kitchen very well equipped, with dishwasher, 5 burns gas stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, American coffee maker. The kitchen is also connected with the equipped external area. Guest bathroom; one air conditioned double bedroom (King size bed) with a separate sitting room with fax and pc, a walk in closet, the room has also ensuite bathrooms with shower. And bath tub.
The first floor there are other 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, they are one double with king size bed, working fireplace in room, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower,

A cash refundable deposit of 1000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.

- Daily cleaning 4 hours Monday to Saturday (Sunday and public holidays off)
- Gardner and pool maintenance

- Bath towels changed Wednesday
