Villa Sandra & Jessica by Fantasia Villas

This newly built villa directly on the beach at Lorient is sure to become one of the most popular vacation rentals on the island. Smartly laid-out and decorated in a simple, appealing style, Villa Sandra & Jessica (SAJ) offers guests a combination of quality furnishings, privacy and location that makes it a great alternative to a hotel stay. The main attraction of Villa SAJ is of course the sunny, stone-tiled terrace, bordered by hibiscus, bougainvillea and palms. Step through the gate of the white picket fence, and you're on one of the island's most picturesque beaches. The calm waters of Lorient right in front of Villa SAJ are perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and further down the beach to the west is one St. Barth's best-known surfing spots. The villa's interior is designed for ease and efficiency, with an open kitchen providing quality Bosch appliances and Corian countertops.

Villa Sandra & Jessica's two bedrooms are similarly appointed, one with a sea view and one with a garden view. Both are fully air conditioned and each has its own ensuite bath with dual vanities and Villeroy and Bosch rain-head showers. A third, guest bathroom is accessible from the living area. The terrace offers shade for the outdoor dining table adjacent to the kitchen, a large sun-deck with chaises and an outdoor shower, and a cedar-shake gazebo. The indoor living area makes a great place to retreat from the heat after a day at the beach, with comfortable sofas, an HDTV system and views of both the garden and the beach.
