The first double bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a fondue set, including a chinoise, complete the kitchen offering. The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath, a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin.
