Situated on the first floor of a traditional building (accessible by stairs only), this newly renovated apartment combines comfort, natural textures, and modern aesthetics. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families (up to 4 guests), it offers a boutique hotel experience with the privacy and flexibility of a home.
The peaceful bedroom features a queen-size anatomical mattress, cozy linens, and blackout curtains — ensuring restful nights. The living area is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa bed (also queen-size), a smart TV, ambient lighting, and neutral, earthy tones that reflect the island's serene atmosphere. Enjoy meals at the glass dining table for four, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen — complete with stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and kitchenware.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, fresh towels, quality toiletries, and a hairdryer. A small balcony provides the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation with views of the quiet neighborhood.
Throughout the apartment, design elements such as handcrafted lighting, a bold floral headboard, and warm natural finishes create a harmonious and elegant feel. You’ll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and premium linens and towels.
