The living area has a floor-to-ceiling window with a view into the courtyard. There is also a 2-seater sofa bed and another 2-seater sofa, and a 50-inch wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix. The living area contains a large glass dining table with 6 stylish high-back chairs.
All rooms have oak doors with chrome handles, light oak vinyl flooring and modern downlighters which can be dimmed. Electric heating with individual thermostats provided throughout. Hyperoptic provide ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
So you that won't need to worry about bringing (or forgetting to bring!) all your toiletries, each studio comes equipped with a "Starter Pack" containing hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. For longer stays, where you may need extra, possibly with mid-stay cleans, these can be provided at additional cost. However, a fresh set of towels will be provided weekly.
CCTV is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety. There is also an intercom in the room so you can speak with any visitors or delivery drivers at the main door and let them in as required.
