“Are We There Yet?” You'll be glad you are! This bright and beautiful home is nestled right in one of Watercolor's most desirable landscapes, The Lake District. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Relax with your family and friends in a modern beach palace featuring sky-high windows, lofty ceilings, luminous interior décor, smart upgrades and little extras in every department. Features include hardwood floors, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and stunning accent pieces throughout. Multiple outdoor living areas will have you looking forward to dining and playing outside during the day and relaxing by the cozy fire table in the evenings. "Are We There Yet?" is just an easy stroll to the Frog Pool and Vermillion Point or a short drive or bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club and Pool.
The first level will greet you with a gorgeous open layout, soaring windows and ceilings, and beautifully adorning light fixtures. The living area comes equipped with a Smart TV and Sonos sound system. A state-of-the-art chef's kitchen features top quality stainless steel appliances (including 2 dishwashers) and a large island with seating for 5. The dining area seats 8-10 and is filled with natural light from multiple over-sized windows overlooking the beautiful tree lined streets of the community. The King Master Bedroom is just down the hallway and features a luxurious Master Bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Outdoor living is nothing short of perfection at this home...Stroll out onto a covered porch with comfortable seating overlooking the home's fenced in courtyard. The courtyard has a gas grill, an outdoor dining table, a children's picnic table and Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire table. There's no better way to relax with friends and family after a day at the beach than in your own outdoor oasis. The home has 3 covered porches all with comfortable seating and porch swings perfect for curling up with a great book or just taking in the fresh air.
The second floor features 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath and Smart TV. There are 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Bedroom that has 2 Queen beds. There is also a large covered balcony, which is accessible from the hallway of the second floor landing and two of the bedrooms. The room with 2 Queens and one of the King bedrooms have private access directly to the shared balcony.
The third floor is the perfect hang-out for the little ones! The huge bunk room is complete with a lounging area, Smart TV, sound system, over-sized bean bags and large shared bath with walk-in shower. There are 4 Twin beds and 2 Full beds and plenty of room to play!

***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. Group parties and celebrations are prohibited; occupancy at the home must not exceed 16 people at any time during your stay. WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. This home has private parking for 3 vehicles. An additional parking pass for a 3rd vehicle may be issued, but only if requested with at least 2 week's notice. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite amongst guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities. ***Projected plans are shown in the photos for this home.
Camp WaterColor Expansion Project: Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be approximately 8-10 months. The Camp Pool will be closed for the duration of the project. The Camp basketball courts and tennis center will be closed at certain times during this project as well.
Beach Club Project: Plans are in place to begin work sometime around late Summer 2018, if not delayed. The complete expansion will take approximately 18-24 months. Plans include phasing the project to one area at a time to create as little disturbance as possible and keep the Beach Club open during season. At this time, none of the amenities are scheduled to completely close during the projects. However, some disturbance will be unavoidable as construction takes place.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
