We spend most of our time enjoying small town life in the Northeast and wanted to have a place that felt like home on the Gulf Coast with full time boating opportunities. The Freedom Boat Club has an office at the marina.
We have owned a ski house in New England for years and enjoyed renting our property to guests. The people we have meet have become friends.

We purchased our Villa to bring long leisure days of warmth and sun into our future. The active resort lifestyle as well as the Marina was our attraction to the Burnt Store Marina Community.
Some of what we love about our villa is the raised panel cabinetry, solid surface counters, and attractive pendant lighting accenting the breakfast/entertaining bar. Plantation shutters, the California Closet, and King sized bed in the master suite. Being able to jump on a rented golf cart and go down to the marina for breakfast is a huge benefit for us.
In 2016, we did some remodeling, that is the entire A/C and ventilation system was replaced, changed quite a bit of furniture, along with new mattresses in every room. As you can see in the pictures our villa is extremely clean and we like to keep it that way.
Pick up your groceries on the way from the airport and not worry about traffic or having to leave. Because this community has it all, true resort style living with a full-service marina, three 9-hole golf courses, a pro shop, deli and ships store. Plus waterfront, and golf side dining options. Also a Pool and Fitness-Tennis Club right down the street from our Villa.
The Marina, Deli, Restaurant, Fitness Center and Pool are all within walking distance!
