Villa la Ripa is set in a very quiet location few km from Foiano della Chiana where guests can find all services needed. The large private park that surround the property is perfectly maintained and features a magnificent private swimming pool of 12x4 mt. equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. A built in covered patio with a large table and chairs with a near barbeque and pizza oven is the perfect spot where to organize al fresco meals enjoying the nature.
In the middle of the park owner built a glass room equipped as a Gym room let guest training feeling like being in the nature.

The property is shared into two buildings a main body and the cozy dependence covering a total of 800 meters of interiors owner paid particular attention to create the perfect mixture between the traditions and modernity in order to give the most unforgettable experience to guest.
The main body develop in three floors at the ground within the main entrance there is a large living area with elegant sofas and fireplace and 65” flat satellite TV, a dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed. The floor also features one full bathroom.
On First floor: there are fide double bedrooms one of which can be converted into two single beds upon request, every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower; every bedroom has a fridge bar, in two of the bedrooms is also possible to add an extra single bed each, all rooms have a view of the park.
The basement floor: there is a second kitchen and large open space area where to organize also activities such as wine tasting, cooking classes, there is a cellar where guests can purchase some of the finest Tuscan wines such as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Chianti etc.) the large space also include a living area with sofas and billiard.

The separate Dependence consist in ground floor with a well equipped kitchen, living area with double sofa bed, first floor a double bed with a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe.
The lower floor is also where guests finds the amazing SPA which consist in a Jacuzzi bath, relaxing lounges with large window facing the pool, Sauna, and Turkish bath, emotional shower, and changing and massage room. The villa and SPA is equipped with BOSE music system in the whole property, SPA and as well on the outside and it can be controlled by the smartphone app.
The property is fully air conditioned, air purification, free wifi, alarm system, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, courtesy line on each bathroom, screens in all bedrooms, laundry room. Satellite TV with Netflix included. Soccer and volleyball field.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm; Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.

Tourist tax Euro 2.50 per person per night

Use of SPA Euro 400.00 per day
