You’ll be sure to have ‘swell times’ at this vibrant beach pad which is a mere 5-7 minute easy stroll to Croyde beach, renowned as the surfing capital of North Devon, the area is known for its outdoor adventures, with opportunities for hiking, cycling, and wildlife spotting, There are also plenty of village pubs and eateries to tickle those taste buds.
Swell Times is well-presented and ideally suited for small families, surfing friends or couples with the added flexibility of 2 double beds on request if needed. Unwind and relax in the welcoming lounge with a large comfy corner sofa with a smart TV perfect for catching up on your favourite programmes. There is a light and bright kitchen diner that is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for delicious meals to include, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The cottage has beautifully decorated two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath on the upper floor.
Outside you’ll find driveway parking, and a rear enclosed garden at the rear with garden furniture.

Open plan lounge with large corner sofa and large LCD smart TV
Kitchen diner with a dining table at one end and a modern kitchen at the other, with a hob, electric oven, standalone fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you need while self catering. The back door leads out an enclosed courtyard garden.

Follow this road past Saunton into Croyde.
Pass Unison Croyde bay holiday park on your left; Second cul de sac on the right is Ora Stone.
Follow to the top of the culdesac and Cockleshell can be found near the top on the right hand side (no.17)
