Welcome to my apartment!
This charming 83m² two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient retreat, ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing stay. Located on the ground floor, it combines practicality with a welcoming atmosphere.
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Step outside to your private terrace, complete with seating areas where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided to make clean-up easy, along with a washer and ironing facilities to cover your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep and have direct access to the terrace via a private balcony.
The apartment also offers 1.5 bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a few meters from the beach, this property is ideally located in the Canidelo area of Vila Nova de Gaia, offering an excellent base to explore both the coastline and the city of Porto. Within easy walking distance, you'll find some of the region's most beautiful beaches, including Praia dos Salgueiros, and the North and South Canide Beaches – perfect for relaxing, swimming, or enjoying the Atlantic breeze. In the surrounding area, surf enthusiasts and divers will find several surf schools and diving equipment rentals, while shops offering bicycle and electric scooter rentals are also readily available for exploring the surroundings. The Areinho River Beach is also nearby, providing stunning views of Porto's iconic bridges.
The area is well-served by local amenities, with supermarkets, local markets, and a variety of dining options within easy reach. Guests can enjoy traditional Portuguese dishes at Restaurante Candinova or opt for plant-based meals at Padoca Vegan Restaurant. For a more casual dining experience with a variety of cuisines, Aqua Restaurante Bar is also close by.
Transportation is convenient, with Praia de Salgueiros bus stop just a minute’s walk from the property, offering several bus lines connecting to different parts of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto. The Coimbrões train station is also within walking distance, providing access to regional rail services.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, R. Chieiras, is just a 3-minutes walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
