Quayside - family friendly house by the marina (dog considered!)
Quayside is a family friendly townhouse with stunning views over the marina and outer harbour in Eastbourne's popular Sovereign Harbour area.
Set over three floors and with three bedrooms, it sleeps up to four adults and one child. A small-to-medium size dog is also considered - please ask us before booking.
You'll enjoy water views from the top floor master bedroom, the first floor lounge (which boasts a balcony) and the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped for a family holiday, with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
A door from the kitchen opens to a very generous private terrace with those captivating views over the marina. You can relax on an outdoor sofa and armchair set close to the house, or perch on a bar-stool style dining set at the far side of your terrace, where the views of the water are even better.
This ground floor has a handy WC, plus an understairs utility cupboard where you'll find mop and bucket, other useful cleaning equipment, plus the cushions for the outdoor sofa and chairs.
The first floor includes a tranquil lounge, complete with two comfy sofas, a smart TV and mood lighting. Again you'll be mesmerised by the water views and a door from the lounge opens to a waterside balcony. You've a handy little table and chairs by the door that can easily be popped out.
This floor also includes the third bedroom - a single room suitable for child use only (smaller, fold-up style bed). A table provides a handy space if they want to do a puzzle or catch up on homework.
The two main bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom is a king size and boasts an ensuite shower room, double fitted wardrobe and an extra TV. The second bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe and can be set up with a king size or twin beds. The main bathroom is on this level, with a bath and rainforest style shower over.
A well behaved small-to-medium size adult, neutered dog is considered in this holiday home. Please discuss with us before booking - an extra dog fee will apply.
All bed linen is provided, plus regular towels (pack your beach towels). For stays of two weeks or longer, additional linen will be provided.

Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
