The second upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, consists of a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. There is also an exit leading to a balcony. Additionally, the apartment includes one double bedroom, a gallery with two beds, and an open kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, oven, two induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet.
