The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. From here you have no direct access to the garden but two huge balconies that lead almost once around the house and invite you to sunbathe. Partly you already have a view of the sea.
Our bright 4-room apartment is about 100m ² and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The beautiful sandy beach with azure blue water is about 50m

Wundervolles Zuhause für 2 Wochen Kalabrienurlaub
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist großzügig geschnitten. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite (deutschsprachige) Gastgeber, die im selben Haus wohnen. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Meer und mit dem Auto in Crotone und weiteren Ausflugszielen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso.
Ho contattato il proprietario che è stato fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento molto grande con tutto ciò che ci serviva.
Vittorio e la moglie sempre gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno gentilmente offerto ogni giorno i frutti dei loro alberi...buonissimi.
Consigliato per una famiglia.
Mare molto bello, posto un bel po ventoso la mattina in spiaggia, ma tranquillo nel pomeriggio.
