This inviting modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing space for up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, walking-closet and en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom, equipped with two cozy single beds, is ideal for children or friend. Just outside the door, you'll find a family bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year. The kitchen is fitted with all the essential appliances to make your stay hassle-free: coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cozy living room has a sofa bed, television and dining table.
Outside, there is a spacious garden, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining in our magnificent climate.
We provide bed linen, towels and a hairdryer to our guests, as well as free Wi-Fi in the property. A generous allowance of 20KW/day for electricity is included in the price (any excess is billed separately). Access to secure underground parking is also included in the price.
Mediterranean Gardens is a newly built development in La Veleta, Torrevieja. In a 5 minutes walk following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront in center town, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Mediterranean Gardens, including 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard. Within a 20 minutes drive there are eight well-known golf courses.
