We were greatly disappointed when we arrived with the amount of rubbish piled up at the front of the house. This is not only disgusting but also a health hazard. On entering the kitchen we saw the note on the dishwasher saying it was out of order. These things happen but to then only leave a tiny bit of washing up liquid and no dishcloth at the property is not helpful. We then saw only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper had been left. Before we ate, we had to clean the crockery and cutlery as the plates had not been cleaned properly. There was also old leaflets and post lying around the house.In the morning when we went out into the garden, we saw more rubbish strewn around. It is obvious the house had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. All of the above just shows a total lack of care to your guests. To say we are disappointed in the booking would be an understatement.
