Villa Crystalsea 1 & 2 are two villas located next to each other, built in 2021, and situated in a peaceful part of the town of Hvar on the island of the same name, just 30 meters from the sea. They span an impressive 1,050 m2 and are designed for a comfortable stay for up to 20 guests.

On the ground floor of Villa Crystalsea 1 & 2, you will find two spacious air-conditioned living rooms, each approximately 80 m2, ideal for relaxing while watching your favorite shows, movies, or series on two 65" Smart TVs with Apple TV. The living room offers multiple exits to a spacious terrace. The ground floor also includes two fully equipped air-conditioned kitchens for preparing culinary delights, two large dining tables for 10 people, and two separate toilets with outdoor access.

Villa Crystalsea 1 & 2 features ten luxuriously appointed air-conditioned bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor, while the remaining eight are on the upper floor. All rooms have king-size beds, two of which can be separated into twin beds, as well as private bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, and toiletries. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe with an integrated safe, a seating and work area, Wi-Fi internet, a 55" Smart TV with an HD satellite system (Astra), and a balcony with a stunning, direct sea view.

The basement of Villa Crystalsea 1 & 2 includes two wellness areas with a relaxing sauna and a massage table, two air-conditioned fitness rooms, two toilets with showers, and two laundry rooms equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

On the south terrace, guests can enjoy two covered outdoor lounges with a table and chairs for 10 people in each villa, as well as a Sonos sound system. The west terrace features two infinity heated pools, each measuring 44 m2 (11 x 4 m), surrounded by 10 sun loungers, five parasols, an outdoor shower, and a separate toilet. On the north terrace, there is an outdoor lounge with a pergola, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.

Each day of your stay begins with a delicious breakfast at the villa, already included in the price.

Villa Crystalsea 1 & 2 also offers six private parking spaces within the courtyard.
