A 6-bed apartment for rent in Sant`Isidoro, for vacations in Salento a few steps from a beautiful small beach with crystal clear sea.
The house is located on the second floor, and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, ceiling blades. In the front yard there is space for a parking space.
Vacation house with 6 beds in Sant`Isidoro, on the sea of Nardò
The apartment is on the second floor of a complex of two vacation homes Le ville di Sofia, located a few steps from the sea.
A car gate allows access to the property and parking the car inside the front courtyard from which stairs depart.
The entrance is into a furnished living room with open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Le Ville di Sofia is located a stone`s throw from the beach of Sant`Isidoro, a lively seaside resort in the municipality of Nardò, on the Ionian coast.
All services offered by the tourist destination are within walking distance. Porto Cesareo is just a 5-minute drive away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
