• Electricity is an additional charge, the price is 15 RD/kW. The process is done by viewing the meter at the time of check-in and check-out, and the difference in charges will be paid in cash upon departure.

• Tap water is not drinkable in the Dominican Republic; please do not drink it. A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.

• We charge a deductible deposit of US$200 upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out after the guest has verified the property.
