The property has over 4 hectares of terrain, with olive trees and ancient woods. The area surrounding the house and pool is well kept with plants, flowers, lawn and paving leading to the pool. The rectangular swimming pool is in a raised, sunny position above the house, with stairs leading up to it. The pool is 11m by 7 with a depth of 1.6-2.3 m and is externally paved, with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, outdoor shower and a small table with chairs, perfect for sunset appetizers. For lunches and outdoor barbecues, there is a large covered portico in stone right in front of the villa, complete with a table, benches and chairs. A portable barbecue, table football and several relaxing areas are at the guests’ disposal. Shaded parking for 3 large cars is inside the property, which is accessible from an electric gate.Interior
Recently restored, the farmhouse has maintained characteristic Tuscan elements such as the stone facade, ceilings with wood beams, cotto tile flooring and parquet. The villa is mostly on the ground floor, except for an attic with a spiral staircase, suitable for the young adults and teens. The entrance leads to a hallway with fireplace, sideboard and table for quick snacks next to the kitchen. A stone and brick arch leads to the living/dining room with a comfy sofa and satellite TV, while another passage leads to the small bathroom with washing machine, and to the spiral staircase up to the attic, with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor night area has two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, a room with two beds, a large bathroom with shower.

Il Casale del Bandito is in a quiet, panoramic location in the hills, close to the road which leads to Mount Amiata and not far from famous villages like Montalcino and Pienza.
