In the cosy seaside suburb of Cape Town, Bloubergstrand, you will find
this stylish, modernly designed one-bedroom apartment, comfortably
accommodating up to two guests.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be welcomed by the open-plan
layout, enhanced by the natural light that pours in through the
windows. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen is furnished with
everything youâll need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including
a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience. The counter
is accompanied by two barstools, creating an intimate seating area.
The stylish lounge features contemporary décor, furnished with a cosy
sofa, a coffee table, and a mounted flat-screen television with
internet access throughout the property. Large sliding doors open onto
the balcony, which is fitted with seating for two next to the outdoor
braai. Guests will also have access to the communal pool as well as a
secure parking space within the apartment complex.
The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen-size
bed, complete with plush bedding, and features a spacious wardrobe. The
bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a vanity, and a
toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Bloubergstrand is a stunning beachside suburb offering beautiful white
sandy beaches and popular restaurants nearby. It's perfect for
relaxation or adventure, with options for water sports, rentals, and
lessons available. Enjoy a perfect stay with something for everyone!
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Moolman Cl, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7436.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
