Welcome to our modern, fully equipped, first floor apartment just outside York city centre. With contemporary and comfortable furnishings throughout, you are invited to work in peace or relax in style and explore the historic and picturesque city of York.
Guest Access:
First floor apartment with own private ground floor entrance accessed by a self check-in lockbox. The entire apartment is yours to make your home for the duration of your stay with us.
Parking:
We know what a pain parking can be in popular city destinations so we are pleased to advise that our apartment has its own free parking space located within the private car park on-site. This also includes EV charging for any electric vehicles. And don’t worry if you have more than one car, there is free on-street parking right outside the front door. Also free of charge, there is a secure bicycle shed.

Living space:
With a large open plan kitchen and living space there is plenty of room for you and your guests. The modern fitted kitchen includes full cooking facilities, utensils, pots and pans, 4 induction hobs, single oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer combo for your laundry and a dishwasher. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules provided.
Smart TV including popular streaming apps such as Netflix & Amazon Prime (please login to your own accounts).
Need that morning coffee? We’ve got you covered! You will find a Nespresso machine in the fully equipped kitchen - pods provided! We also provide instant coffee, tea bags and sugar.
Dining table for 4 guests. Plates, bowls, cutlery and an assortment of glasses and mugs provided.
Why not take a snapshot in front of our neon Y❤️RK sign located in the living room to add to the many pictures you will have taken around the beautiful, picturesque city of York during your stay.
Bedroom 1:
Welcome to the main bedroom which includes a king size bed, beside lamps on each side. There is a hanging rail to hang your outfits and hangers provided. A desk/dressing table, stool and mirror. Hair dryer can be found in the desk drawer of the main bedroom.
Bedroom 2:
Here you will find two comfy single beds for a further two guests. This bedroom also comes with a hanging rail and hangers provided. A shared beside table and another desk/dressing table with stool and mirror above.
Bathroom:
Whilst warming your towels on our heated towel rail you can enjoy a luxurious showering experience with our rainfall shower head. No bathtub.
Other things to note:
There is a strict no smoking policy for the apartment.
Secure bicycle storage on-site, free of charge.
8 minute drive or a 25 minute walk to York city centre. Local bus stop 3 minute walk away.
Well equipped Co-op shop and pharmacy within a 5 minute walk.
Large Morrisons supermarket & petrol station can be reached within a 4 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board provided.
Child high chair, travel cot and stair gate available on request.
