The accommodation is pleasant, clean, and well-located for exploring the surrounding area. However, it is quite noisy due to its proximity to a busy road, and the parking space is difficult to use. Furthermore, the property is incorrectly marked on Google Maps, making it hard to find. We received no response to our requests for clarification via email or phone during the week before our arrival and spent a long time searching before we finally located the cottage. We also experienced a boiler breakdown, yet the agency failed to contact us to resolve the issue for two days. We were left with only one usable shower for five people and had no hot water for washing dishes until we checked out.
