The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin, and single. There is a bathroom with roll-top bath, basin, and heated towel rail, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, 1 bottle of gas, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and roadside parking available for 2 cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. However you decide to spend your days here in Cumbria, guarantee a memorable getaway with a stay at 1 Brookside. Please note: the property can only accommodate 15 people at a time for occasions e.g. BBQs. Please be mindful from 10pm - noise levels to be kept to a minimum following this.
