The apartment in Barcelona has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people. Accommodation of 60 m². The building has a lift, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Television. The open-plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



Construction works will begin in the building for a few months, from 12 November until probably April 2026.



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.



-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.



-Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be €50, and after 1 a.m. it will be €100



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 euros and from 1:00 am it will be 100 euros.



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00. 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros



- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony.



- NO PARTIES or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).



The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.



Check-in is in-person. The check-in agent's contact will be communicated a few days before arrival to coordinate the arrival time at the apartment.

The online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb conversation 4 days before arrival.

The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. It will be paid on the day of arrival, or a few days before, through a card payment link; you can always pay in cash upon arrival if you prefer.

Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00 and autonomous. Both sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the living room table.
