Cozy apartment for 2/4 people in Fenals - Lloret de Mar with communal swimming pool, very close to Fenals beach.It has all the amenities for a good holiday. The layout is as follows:Living room-kitchen1 complete bathroomIn the living room there is a trundle bedFor the hottest summer days, it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.Balcony equipped with table and chairsPeople in the property: · The house is rented in full for exclusive use by guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and no more people can stay/visit at the same time in the property.Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.. Key collection is done at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Carrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.- Option to deliver keys at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery, at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.Late arrival and departure:· Late arrival option from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Price 50€ per reservation (payment upon arrival)· Late arrival option from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Price 100€ per reservation (payment upon arrival)· Out of hours check-in option with safety box at the office at no cost.· Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund of the reservation. · Payment of mandatory tourist tax: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.Cleaning:. The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and garbage deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, will be charged on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests accept to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.· Parties or celebrations are not allowed in the property. - If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately. Lighting candles or any other objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling is prohibited.· Pets are allowed.· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or any loss during your stay.
