Hi, I’m Rosch De Klerk. I’ve always been passionate about designing spaces that feel good to be in — warm, relaxed, and welcoming, with every detail thought through. I work in design and animation, and I like to think some of that creativity and care has found its way into these properties. My hope is that they do for you what they do for me: make you feel completely at ease, with everything you need exactly where it should be.

I moved to Durham when I was 32, looking for a break from the fast-paced chaos of London. What I found here was exactly what I didn’t know I needed - peace, space, and a deeper connection to nature. The beautiful woodlands of County Durham became my go-to place to unwind, and the historic charm of Durham city is just a 5-minute drive from home. I love how the city feels alive with culture and history, yet never overwhelming. And with Newcastle just 23 minutes away, I still get my fix of vibrant city energy when I need it. For me, this area offers the perfect balance, calm, community, and access to everything.
