Green Valley House: Oleander

Welcome to the Oleandro Apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor at the back of the house, with a private entrance and a private garden offering breathtaking views of the valley and the river.
Inside, you’ll find two adjoining bedrooms with double beds and a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom—ideal for 4–5 guests.

To welcome you, we’ll offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival, so you can start your stay completely relaxed! :)

We’re a timeless country home, built stone by stone with meticulous craftsmanship, surrounded by 15 hectares of green woods, picturesque vineyards, and centuries-old olive trees.

It’s important to note that our accommodations are only accessible by car because we’re perched high in the hills, although the charming village of Brugnato is just a 4-minute drive down the hill. There you’ll find everything you need: shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, access to the highway, and other essential services.

Brugnato has a historic center adorned with picturesque shops, inviting restaurants, and cozy cafes, offering a taste of authentic Ligurian hospitality. And for those looking for a bit of retail therapy, Brugnato boasts a new outlet with fantastic sales to satisfy your shopping cravings.

In addition, our location offers easy access to the renowned Cinque Terre, just a 30-minute drive away. The Cinque Terre, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a collection of five charming coastal villages nestled along the rugged cliffs of the Italian Riviera.
Guest Access
Upon arrival, guests can drive directly in front of the building to unload their luggage. After unloading, we kindly ask that you park not directly in front of the entrance, but just 2 meters away, to ensure that the view from the other apartments remains unobstructed. Parking is free.

Perched on the hills above Brugnato, our property offers a stunning panoramic view of the Val di Vara, with no neighbors nearby, so you can enjoy complete privacy.
