The home offers access to a private garden area, with outdoor seating, to enjoy warm summer evenings or crisp winter mornings. Additionally, there is a detached study room for those who need to catch up on some work.
Upstairs, you’ll find three stylishly furnished bedrooms, all designed for restful sleep. These rooms share a modern bathroom, featuring a shower.

The home is conveniently located a 6 minute walk away from the Queens Road Peckham train station, linking you to the overground for easy access to central London. Nunhead train station is a 10 minute walk away offering connection to the Thameslink train services. The nearest bus stop is just a 3 minute walk away. Additionally, there are uber and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
The home is currently for sale, due to this there may be property viewings during your stay. Each visit usually lasts for 10 minutes and a pre-viewing clean will take place before the viewing. Viewings only occur during the week, or on a Saturday before 4pm, but you will always be notified of an upcoming viewing in advance. Please note that agreeing to accommodate viewings is a prerequisite to confirm the booking.
The home has stairs, and all bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor. The home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
