Beautiful flat w/ balcony, pool table & 55" TV
A peaceful, beautiful and spacious apartment with high ceilings, parking, and amazing views from the balcony.
The apartment also offers a large 55" TV, pocket sprung mattresses and a pool/air hockey table.
You have the whole apartment to yourself!
Sleeps 4 people in 1 king and 1 double bed. There is also a small sofa and recliner.
Great location, within 10 minutes of Cardiff Bay, the city centre, Principality Stadium, and Whitewater activity centre, the Millenium Centre and more.
The space
Beautiful views from the balcony, overlooking a sailing club, meaning there are often sail and rowing boats going past providing picturesque views.
Just a 5-10 min walk down the River Taff to Cardiff bay or a 15-20 min walk to the Principality stadium.
Cardiff Bay is full of restaurants and places to go for a drink, as well as qwerky shops to keep everyone happy.
A walking path around the back of the apartment follows the river Taff well past the city centre and also leads to Penarth, perfect for warm summer days spent exploring everything Cardiff has to offer.
1 king-size bed, 1 double bed.
2 bathrooms, one being the en-suite.
It would be ideal for 2 couples or a group of friends.
Plenty of parking is available or only a short trip from Cardiff Central or Cardiff Bay train stations.
The flat is lived in meaning that it benefits from a full kitchen, large 55" tv, high-speed fiberoptic broadband and an ironing board.
Please note that this is my home. This means that i would like the apartment to be treated with respect and left as you found it. It also means that the kitchen and bathrooms are likely to be equipped with everything necessary for day to day living as I myself, live here day to day.
Guest access
The flat is accessed from a communal corridor with there being 5 other flats in the building. Parking directly outside.
Other things to note
The flat has it's own parking space and there is also dedicated visitor parking.
Flat has recently been renovated with a new electric shower, new recliner sofa and chair in the living room and new electric heaters and an entirely new main bathroom.
Late check out/early check in is available £10 per hour.
If you use excessive electricity (over £10 per day) you will be charged. This property is not suitable for charging EVs.
