I first came to Lake Como as a tourist… and never really left! One trip turned into a love story — with Italy, the lake, the mountains, the food (of course), and the lifestyle. Now I’m lucky to call this place home, and I’m excited to share a little slice of it with you. Casa Orso is my way of passing on the magic — and a good espresso or two — to fellow travelers!

Casa Orso is full of charm and personality — starting with our beloved mascot, Giovanni the Bear, who gives the apartment its name and a touch of playful spirit. The spacious balcony is a true highlight: surrounded by flowers and greenery, including an olive tree, it’s the perfect spot to unwind in the hammock or curl up in the papasan chair with a good book or a glass of wine. It’s a peaceful oasis just a short stroll from the lake, combining comfort, style, and a touch of whimsy in an unbeatable location.
