The ground floor is an invitation to slow down. You enter through a garden full of flowers, a soft path that prepares you for the wonder of the windows: a large living room with lake views, comfortable furnishings, and a color palette that dialogues with the tones of water and stone. The dining area seats 12 for leisurely dinners, birthdays, and anniversaries. Next door, the kitchen is the realm of intelligent functionality: refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dual cooking oven for professional cooking, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, and induction hob for quick breakfasts and chef-style mise en place. Everything is new, designed with hotel taste and domestic detail.
A discreet guest bathroom emphasizes the “organized home” feel. At the rear, a large garden opens onto a terrace overlooking the lake with an outdoor table for 12: August breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, mid-season barbecues. At the entrance, separate and very convenient, is an annex with laundry room: when traveling with a large group, having a dedicated service space means peace of mind.
