The La Pinetina apartments are part of a farmhouse immersed in the green countryside of Marina di Campo, about 1.8 km from the famous sandy beach. The recently renovated property is located in the shade of a beautiful pine forest from which it takes its name and offers ample space for parking.
La Pinetina guarantees its guests a stay of tranquility and comfort thanks to its strategic position ideal for reaching in a few minutes by car both the town of Marina di Campo and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island such as Colle Palombaia, Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia.
The Blue Apartment is located on the ground floor and has been recently renovated. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower box. It features air conditioning, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Outside, there is a private area equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and family relaxation.
