Waverly Park Charm and Luxury

A great blend of traditional Palm Springs charm with beautiful Saltillo floors, adding a touch of modern along with many upgraded features. You will never want to leave! The "B" units in the complex are two stories and are the largest design available.

Must climb stairs - To access the Master Bedroom and Upstairs outside private deck, you will need to walk up some stairs.

Please note this is a quiet community with little tolerance for guests who are loud, have parties or otherwise disrespectful.

Great stay.

We had a great stay at this condo for a month. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The grounds are lovely and the pool and hot tub are just out the front door. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts which were never busy. We would rent here again!

Exceptional experience

I don't write many of these reviews, but this really was an exceptional stay. This condo feels & lives more like a house, and has just been renovated extensively and thoughtfully. The main floor is exceptionally-well appointed, with many thoughtful touches waiting for our arrival, and has a beautiful enclosed courtyard, and the upstairs bedroom suite is great, complete with a beautiful deck with stunning view of the mountains. The upstairs King bed is perfect. The unit itself is located in a quiet part of the complex just close enough & just far enough from the pool. The complex as a whole is very attractive and perfectly well-kept. We met a number of very friendly people there during our stay and felt right at home.All of this is enhanced by the easy, straightforward dealings with the Host. There were really no rough edges anywhere in the process, or in our stay. Couldn't recommend more highly.

February Stay in Palm Springs

John is a fantastic host. The home was clean and well stocked, everything you could need in the kitchen, and in an excellent location for pool and hot tub access. There were three of us , all seniors, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in February. We met several people in the complex and they were all friendly and pleasant. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the upstairs deck and evening cocktails at 5 with a view of the mountains.

Very good experience, would rent again.

The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very comfortable throughout the home. From the upper deck the view of the mountains was outstanding. The condo is centrally located within the Palm Springs area. The complex was well maintained and the pool and hot tub area was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

My husband and I have been enjoying Palm Springs for 25 years and we finally made our home purchase here, in what we believe to be the best community living in the entire Coachella Valley, Waverly Park Condo Association. Enjoy the lush luxury of wide open community spaces with enormous green space with Palm Trees, areas of grass and awesome plant life.

Why they chose this property

We waited for the perfect property to come available in this perfect unit in the best location. Our unit is two stories which provides much appreciated privacy, an upstairs deck positioned to completely enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the mountains with palm trees whistling in the breezes. Expertly upgraded with all of the luxury along side tasteful traditional palm springs

What makes this property unique

We are located right in front of the Main Pool...far enough way to avoid the noise, but close enough to have quick easy access to the large heated pool and oversized spa/hot tub. This is the most desirable unit in the entire Waverly Park community.
