The house is enclosed by a beautifully maintained large garden, with a path that circles the entire property, offering quiet corners to relax. A private driveway allows you to park one car inside the property. There’s space for two apartments only, and the spot is assigned to the first who requests it.

The location is strategic for enjoying the best of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Just a few minutes away by car or on foot are two of the lake’s most beautiful beaches: Punta di Grumo and Riva Bianca , perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun. The nearby Lierna train station makes it easy to reach the house even without a car.
For trekking and walking enthusiasts, the famous Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer’s Path) starts right behind the house — a panoramic trail along the lake that offers a great way to explore local villages, nature, and history.

This apartment is located on the second and top floor , accessible via a stone staircase.
You enter into a hallway that leads to a bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower .
The bedroom closest to the entrance opens onto a north-facing balcony , perfect for cool evenings thanks to the mountain breeze descending from the Grigna.
On the south side of the same room, a large window offers a spectacular panoramic view stretching from east to west along the entire length of Lake Como .
Like the other units, this apartment features thick walls that provide natural coolness and a furnishing style that enhances the authenticity and history of the home .
