Located in the heart of Valletta, we welcome you to our 2BR fully equipped cosy home.

Our property features everything our guests would require such as a comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and off course 2 bedrooms, which is not normal in Valletta.

The typical house, is centrally located and all is within walking distance making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Did we mention the AC and WIFI being all included ?

Bedrooms | the first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Bathrooms | 1 large bathroom.

Linens | At 360 Estates, we believe in the importance of a great night`s sleep. That’s why we provide the highest quality linens, with all beds freshly made and two towels per person.

Local cafes and restaurants serve up incredible Maltese dishes, and boutique shops offer unique treasures to take home. Stop by Strait Street for lively bars, or explore the quieter corners of the city for an intimate look into Valletta’s soul.

Don’t miss the Upper Barrakka Gardens, where you’ll find panoramic views of the Three Cities—it’s a moment you’ll cherish forever.

Valletta is easily walkable, with most attractions just a few minutes apart. If you want to venture further, buses connect Valletta to all parts of Malta, with the central bus terminal nearby. Renting a car is an option for more flexibility, but parking in Valletta can be challenging. Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Bolt are also reliable for exploring the island. And for a truly unique experience, take a ferry to Sliema or the Three Cities, offering stunning views of the harbour along the way.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
