General Regulations

• No movable items or personal possessions are to be left in the common areas. These
include shoes, prams, pushchairs, toys, bicycles, or any other belongings.

• Maintenance and renovation works within apartments are only permitted between 09:00
and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and between 09:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays.

No works are allowed on Sundays and public holidays.

• Clothes or towels must not be hung on balcony or terrace railings.

• Garbage must be disposed of according to the waste collection schedule and placed in
the designated location.

• No objects, including cigarette ash, are to be thrown from balconies or terraces onto
neighbouring units or shared spaces.

Pool Area – Rules & Regulations
• Swimming is permitted between 08:00 and 21:00.
• Glass items are not allowed by the pool for safety reasons.
• Residents must clean up after themselves and leave the pool area tidy.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Music must be kept at a low volume to avoid disturbing others.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Inflatables may be used but should not disturb other swimmers.
• Diving is strictly prohibited to prevent injury.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.

*Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
