About this property

Beautifully Converted Farmhouse/Villa with large pool and garden In Gozo

This is a newly converted farmhouse, very spacious, bright and airy. All of the house embraces the outdoors and all rooms including the corridors enjoy countryside views especially the ones with large terraces, the first floor and the second floor rooms. The outdoors is surrounded by fields making it even more pleasant.

What we love about this place:
The layout of the house, the space, the comfort.
The surrounding countryside.
The views from all apertures.
The spacious rooms and outdoors
The pool is simply amazing, open all year round. 12m X 5m with a shallow end. Also good for lapping considering the length and diving, 2.2 m deep at the deep end.
The new outdoor rattan dining set for 8 people.
The well equipped kitchen, kettle, toaster, oven, side by side fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes etc.
The fire pit is perfect in the evenings for a chat and a laugh and a chilled glass of wine with family or friends.

The rooms on the ground level are an entrance hall, the kitchen which also enjoys a breakfast top, and a 50 sq. meter mill room which has been converted into a large dining living area. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.

Three bedrooms, one double with shower ensuite, one queen with bath ensuite, and one single with adjacent shower are located on the first floor.

Two bedrooms, one king with walk in wardrobe and a large terrace with countryside and distant sea views and one single (120cm wide mattress) room with large terrace are located on the second floor. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.

There are air conditioners in all of the five bedrooms whilst there are fans for summer and gas heaters for winter on the ground floor level.

Air conditioning carries a pay per usage charge, coin meter system. On average EUR 2 gives eight hours of air conditioning.

There's free WIFI throughout the house including outdoors.

BBQ is available.

6 sunbeds are provided together with beach towels. 8 outdoor chairs and two dining tables are provided as well.

Towels and linen are provided.

TV is equipped with cable TV free of charge.

What an amazing place to stay. Andreanna was such a great host. Nothing was too much trouble and communication couldn’t have been better. Even managed to check in to the property early after the cleaners had finished. Property was spotless, well equipped and the pool area was excellent. Overall it exceeded our expectations. Spacious house, everything new and spotless, really quiet neighbourhood. Not walking distance mostly because of the heat but very easy to drive about to shops and beaches.

Une maison agréable et spacieuse. La piscine est au top. Il a manqué un peu de vaisselle et l'environnement proche est bruyant (chien qui aboie, musique forte et voisinage bruyant). La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Il faut avoir une voiture car la maison est loin des commerces.

Thank you so much for your review. We are glad that you liked the space. So sorry about the oven dishes, we sincerely thought that 6 were enough. We would have been happy to get you even temporary disposable aluminium ones but we'll definitely be getting more for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The property is mostly very peaceful and quiet especially from September to June since most of the surroundings are countryside and the area is residential. This also means that there's a limit to what hours and how loud can music or anything else be played. In July/August some houses/villas may be rented out and we can get a noisy group nearby. However, should this happen it's good to know that we can quickly resolve this by calling local enforcement. We thank you and your lovely family for having stayed with us and for leaving the place clean and tidy. It was a real pleasure hosting you :)
