Set in the small square of Vezzano, the house overlooks the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the surrounding landscape. Its name derives from its unique structure, which forms an ancient stone arch above the cobbled street leading into the square.

The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area, featuring a charming built-in kitchen (equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and refrigerator), a TV, and a fireplace.

Upstairs, in addition to the bathroom, there are three rooms: two double bedrooms and a study, which can easily be converted into a single bedroom.

Outside, the house offers a large enclosed garden and a wooden patio shaded by trees, all furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the areas. All services are included in the price.

Vezzano is a small hamlet in Chiusi della Verna, located at about 800 meters above sea level on the ridge dividing the Arno Valley (Casentino) from the Tiber Valley (Valtiberina).
The village is built around the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, believed to be the baptism site of Michelangelo Buonarroti.
Surrounded by the nature of the national park, Vezzano is the starting point for several hiking trails, including routes leading to the renowned Franciscan Sanctuary of La Verna.
