Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 10 yards away.. Cynefin Cottage is the perfect location to uncover this truly wonderful Cardigan Bay Heritage Coastline. It is within walking distance of the golden sands of New Quay where you can build sandcastles, take a dip in the glistening sea or relax and catch some sunshine with your family.

Set high above the cove of New Quay with commanding picture postcard views across the harbour and bay, makes this the perfect location. There’s also 3 acres of land to explore within the Penrhiw Pistyll Estate. A trip to New Quay is not complete without a boat trip from the harbour to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins, grey seals and a huge array of birdlife.

Cynefin Cottage is detached and all on one level, offering a bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors leading to your private patio and those glorious sea views. Both bedrooms have been lovingly furnished and thoughtfully decorated throughout, and the galley style kitchen is great for preparing that special meal.

New Quay has everything on your doorstep with shops, restaurants, craft and gift shops along with some traditional Welsh pubs with local brewed ales. The dramatic North Pembrokeshire coastline and Cardigan Bay are all within easy reach to include some truly beautiful beaches with Mwnt, Aberporth and Aberaeron really worth the visit. The seaside resort of Aberaeron is a short drive away with its multi coloured Georgian houses and stunning harbour. Further north along the coast you will reach the historic town of Aberystwyth with large promenade to wander and take in the scenery. There are also shops, cinemas, galleries and nightlife, and a funicular railway takes you up the cliff to Constitution Hill with outstanding views over the bay. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
