This stylishly renovated home offers modern comforts and an inviting atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a back balcony, and a cozy living room, this home is perfect for families or group of friends!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station perfect for both long ad short term rentals. Also within walking distance you are in the centre of Paceville to.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

As the sun sets, St. Julians transforms into an inviting nightlife, from trendy rooftop lounges offering panoramic views to intimate wine bars and restaurants. St. Julians effortlessly accommodates every mood and desire.

For the sun-seekers, St Julians also offer scenic strolls, idyllic beach spots, & an outdoor gym & pool facilities nearby.

Conveniently located within walking distance are an array of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential amenities, ensuring easy access to everyday necessities.

The apartment is situated in the heart of St Julians making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the house. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes & timetable fits your needs best. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the website.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. To access the ferry service, you would need to head to Sliema which is very close (half an hour walk / 5-10 min drive)

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in St Julians but can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the house. Car parks are also available nearby but it would be with a cost.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
