Offering a unique blend of character and comfort, this combined property is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful escape.

With off-road parking for two cars, a toasty woodburning stove, and a large country garden with a hot tub, Holly Farm and Annexe is an ideal escape for families and friends seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday away.

Step into the hallway of Holly Farm, where sleek black walls and elegant light fixtures set a sophisticated tone for your stay. From here, the home opens into a series of beautifully designed living spaces that invite you to relax and unwind.

The heart of the home is the kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. Gather around the sleek breakfast bar, topped with a rustic and stylish wooden countertop and accented with black fixtures, to chat over fresh pastries or plan the day’s adventures while breakfast sizzles on the stove. A handy utility room houses a washing machine, adding a touch of convenience to your stay.

After dinner, retire to the sitting room and let the warmth of the woodburning stove envelop you as you settle down for a relaxing evening in, with a Smart TV. Alternatively, the snug room with a sofa bed offers a quiet space to escape with a good book, or the sun room facing the picturesque garden.

Ascend the stairs to discover four beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sumptuous pedestal freestanding bath as the centerpiece of the room. Styled with a jungle theme featuring rich green walls, bamboo-style headboard, wooden chest of drawers and wardrobe, hanging plants, and warm orangey-brown tones that echoes the earthy hues of the surrounding woodland. Off this bedroom is a large ensuite with walk in shower, WC, basin and towel rail.

Bedroom 2 is a vibrant purple double bedroom, quaint and full of character with floral features, and gold-framed pictures. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings.

Bedroom 3 is a colourful king-size bedroom with a four poster bed, offering a bold and playful retreat. There is a wardrobe and drawers for your belongings.

Bedroom 4 is a bright room with a set of bunk beds, and pull out truckle single bed beneath. Please let us know ahead of your booking if the truckle bed is required.

The property also boasts a sleek bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, ensuring all guests have ample space to prepare for the day ahead.

Outside, the large country garden with a lawn and patio provides a safe space for your family to enjoy, while you enjoy a morning coffee amidst the serene surroundings. Make the most of the ample outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ, and hot tub to make it a relaxing holiday to remember.

The single-storey Annexe offers a charming self-contained space, featuring a enticing king-size bedroom, a bright sitting room with Smart TV, a compact kitchen with dining and seating for two, and a stylish bathroom with elegant green tiling. It’s perfect for couples or guests seeking a little extra privacy. It also has it's own garden space that can be opened up directly into Holly Farms garden.

There is an internal door between Holly Farms sunroom and the Annexe's sitting room which can be unlocked to make the properties open up as one for the whole group to enjoy.

Nature enthusiasts will enjoy a scenic walk along the nearby River Stour, ideal for picnics and peaceful moments. Discover local history at the 19th-century Brantham Church, or dine out at nearby favourites like Lucca for Italian fare or The Boatyard Dedham for riverside European cuisine. Further afield, visit Colchester Zoo, the ancient burial grounds of Sutton Hoo, or the historic Colchester Castle with its interactive exhibits and panoramic rooftop views.
