a modern and cozy 1+1 unit situated on the 6th floor of a quiet and clean building with an elevator. Recently renovated, this bright and colorful apartment offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.
LIVING ROOM :
The spacious living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa that converts into a bed, suitable for accommodating two children under 14 years old. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
DINING AREA :
The dining area includes an elegant table with four chairs, providing a perfect space for breakfast or dinner in style and comfort.
KITCHEN :
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary needs, including a coffee machine, induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and basic supplies such as salt, oil, and sugar. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease.
BEDROOM :
The double bedroom offers a tranquil retreat for rest, featuring a cozy bed and ample storage space, ensuring a restful and clutter-free environment.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find a shower enclosure, hot water always available, a washing machine ready for use, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, we've also provided body/hair shampoo and hand soap.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a small glass-enclosed veranda, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Just a 2-minute walk will bring you to the city center, where you can visit the Prefecture, the Palace of Culture, and the Amphitheater of Durrës. Behind the Prefecture, the main street becomes a pedestrian zone in the evening, leading directly to the Vollga Square, filled with restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and more for your enjoyment.
The apartment enjoys an ideal location, just 1.5 km from the beaches of Durrës and 30 km from Tirana International Airport, offering the perfect balance between urban comfort and seaside access.
