– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

great time.

Family holiday in Can Picafort
Very comfortable apartment for our family of five. The bedrooms were a good size and the two bathrooms made things much easier. Our kids loved the rooftop and we had a couple of dinners up there with the barbecue. Beach is just a short walk and there are supermarkets nearby. Quiet area and good base for exploring the north of the island.

Great apartment
I stayed here with my coworker and our respective partners while working remotely for a week. Wifi was stable, and there was enough space to work during the day and relax after. I especially liked the natural light in the living room and the balconies. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the area felt very safe. Would definitely come back, maybe with the whole family next time.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Son Janer Apartment.
The accommodation is spacious, bright and well equipped, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to organise ourselves comfortably throughout our stay.
The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from Can Picafort beach and very well situated for exploring both the coastline and the nearby s'Albufera Natural Park.
In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and a balcony, which makes it especially comfortable during the hottest days.

Excellent séjour dans le nord de Majorque
Nous avons séjourné à l’Appartement Son Janer du 14 au 21 juin 2025 en famille (3 adultes et 2 enfants), et nous avons passé une très belle semaine. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé, idéal pour des vacances en famille.
Les trois chambres étaient confortables, et les deux salles de bain ont rendu le séjour très pratique. La cuisine avait tout ce qu’il fallait, et le salon était parfait pour se détendre après une journée à la plage.
Le vrai plus : la terrasse privée sur le toit, parfaite pour les couchers de soleil sous le ciel majorquin. L’emplacement à Can Picafort est top, proche des plages et des commerces
Un logement que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour paisible et agréable à Can Picafort

Mysig semester!
Vi var två par som vistades här i en vecka och hade det jättebra. Lägenheten är stor och ljus, och takterrassen var vår favoritplats på kvällarna. Nära till allt – strand, affärer, restauranger. Köket hade allt vi behövde för att laga mat, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra, vilket var ett plus. Rekommenderar för alla som vill ha en avslappnad vistelse i Can Picafort.

uma estadia muito agradável
Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no apartamento. Tudo estava limpo, era espaçoso e muito confortável para passar alguns dias em família. A localização é ideal: tranquila, mas perto de tudo o que precisávamos durante as férias.
Como detalhe a ter em conta, o apartamento fica no segundo andar sem elevador e nós tínhamos um bebé de 1 ano, mas uma vez lá em cima, agradecemos a tranquilidade e a boa iluminação do local.
No geral, ficámos muito satisfeitos e não hesitaríamos em voltar.
