The house features 4 bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, TV, and individually controlled air conditioning for an optimal comfort. The spacious living area includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island and a large dining table. Wide glass doors connect the living room to the covered terrace and the pool, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor flow.

The private pool (9 x 3.5 m, depth: 1.4 m) can be heated on request and is equipped with lighting and an electric safety cover. The pool is open from the Easter holidays until the end of October.
