The Tiny Nello's with private pool and SPA

Surrounded by nature, Tiny Nello's offers a unique view of the Etruscan town of Cortona, located just opposite. The modern swimming pool with waterfall located in the garden just below and the large terrace offer intimate corners of relaxation for guests. Close to the swimming pool there is also the spa area, a heated environment with jacuzzi, a fireplace for cold winter evenings and a bathroom. Concerning the main villa is spread over several floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and the spacious cellar where it is possible to have tastings in company. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large and well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful fireplace and guests can access to the terrace overlooking Cortona and the large garden. Always on the first floor, a corridor from the kitchen leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, each one with en suite bathrooms with shower, and an internal room, formerly a small church, with both ancient and modern style frescoes. In the same room it is possible to have lunch or dinner as it is equipped with a large table where guests can gather to spend unforgettable evenings. A further staircase leads to the last room located in the small tower. It consists of a French bed. Through short trips by car you can easily reach important historical and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria, such as Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo and some places along Lake Trasimeno.
