This home has air conditioning in both bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen area. This home is on the third floor with elevator access. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. There is currently some construction in the building, scheduled to end in mid 2026.
