Excellent location, near Arc de Triomphe, the Trocadero, shopping, restaurants and bars. Great building/apartment security. Very well furnished, quiet even with the windows open. Would not hesitate to book again. Difficult to come up with any substantive negative points. Also great Wi-Fi!!!

Lovely classic apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. But of course the best part is the terrace! We spent lots of time there enjoying the view!Anne is an excellent communicator and very responsive. Would stay there again, great for two couples.

Location and View were amazing.

Had a lovely time in the place. The terrace and the view were amazing. The apartment has lots of beautiful art. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would come back. Anne was delightful and was wonderful.

Great stay!

The apartment was exactly as described and combined French charm with modern amenities. The location was perfect for our exploring of Paris and the balcony was fantastic with the Eiffel Tower view! Anna was a tremendous host.

Exactly as described. Anne went out of her way to accommodate and we felt Parisiens for a week! Close to buses and metros also. We particularly appreciated how quiet the area and appartment is after a busy day visiting. Very secure building as well. The terasse is perfect but we unfortunately couldn't use it as much as we would have wanted to because of the weather Would highly recommend.

Amazing

This Vrbo is absolutely stunning, comfortable, clean, and gorgeous! The views are divine but the best part is meeting Anne! She is such a sweetheart and very welcoming. She took the time to show us around the area and even had various pastries coffee and tea available for us. The patio view of the Eifel tower is worth its weight in gold. Don’t hesitate - stay here now!

Perfect apt & location

Anne, the host, was most accommodating to our needs. Exceptionally, we were able to use the apt upon our arrival early from the US. Anne provided a continental breakfast for my wife and me & our two adult daughters. Apt is spacious with a large terrace. Neighborhood has good public transport (bus and rail) and numerous small shops & an outdoor market around the corner. We know Paris well & speak French so we quickly felt right at home. Anyone running the Paris Marathon (as some of us did) will find this apt convenient to the start and finish. Anne could not have been more gracious.

Great trip to Paris

Anne was wonderful and even provided a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The property is in a great location and it was so special to see the Eiffel Tower twinkle lights every evening from the balcony. This was an epic stay!

Stop scrolling and choose Anne’s amazing apartment in the 16th

The photos that she had attached to the listing do not lie - this apartment with a million dollar view of the Eiffel Tower is filled with art and a fully equipped kitchen. If you want the experience of actually living in Paris (with an American sized apartment as well all of the amenities you are used to like a washer and dryer & a dishwasher) this is your place. Anne actually lives in the building and will meet you at check in to familiarize you with the apartment, security system, as well as point out important things like the grocery, boulangerie,and her local restaurant recommendations. The layout is perfect for couples who travel together two bedrooms are upstairs with separate full bathrooms as well as a powder room on the main floor. Now for the cherry on top of the sundae / the view! Anne’s eighth floor terrace has both a seating and dining area with killer views of the Eiffel Tower We spent so much time out on the terrace enjoying the view by day or night - many times just popping out to enjoy the fact that you were in Paris with an Eiffel Tower view for an amazingly affordable view. As visitors who have travelled to Paris a dozen or more times in the last two decades (and may have become a little jaded), we enjoyed our visit so much that we are planning a return visit with this apartment as our headquarters.

Wonderful Place To Stay

This property was perfect for our stay. There were two couples and each couple had their own bathroom. The place is quiet and near everything you need (nice restaurants, markets, coffee, pastries). Anne is wonderful! So attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Her place is filled with beautiful art that she painted. Each morning we would walk to a nearby bread store and get a baguette and come home and eat cheese, bread and butter. So delicious!We will definitely stay at Anne’s place again when we return to Paris. Thank you Anne for your wonderful hospitality.

Great Space and Perfect Location

A terrific, classic French apartment in a perfect location to experience all of the city. Tower views from the terrace were spectacular, especially at night! Close to multiple metro stops and just a short walk to Eiffel Tower and champs Elysees. Anna was a very gracious and caring host and was a perfect start to our week in Paris. Highly recommend!

Vacation

The apartment was in a great location! We love the way that Anne has decorated. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing from the terrace. Easy to walk to restaurants and the Metro. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The washer and dryer was a bonus for us. I would highly recommend it.

Classic elegance in the 16th Arrond.

This lovely, classically appointed, and extremely well secured apartment is ideally situated on a quiet street with local bakeries, flower shop and grocery stores. Short walking distance to excellent typical French bistros and famous tourist attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe. The host, Madame Lefort,was extremely welcoming and available for restaurant recommendations which absolutely did not disappoint. The gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace of the apartment lends to the overall charm.

Lovely Place!

This property is in the perfect location. It is close to markets, restaurants, and the metro. It’s beautiful, as well. The terrace would be a very lovely place to hang out but the rain did not allow that for us. Anna was a very lovely host. We would definitely stay here again.

1st Time in Paris

This was our family’s first visit to Paris, and the location could not have been better. We were just a short 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and there were many amenities within a very short walk. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace was beautiful. Our host, Anne, was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is very secure with private access from the elevator as well as clean and well appointed.

Best location

Anne, the host was so wonderful to work with. Her home was perfect for the four of us. Her home is very spacious. We had plenty of room and could relax in her beautiful family room at night after a long day of touring Paris . We loved watching the Eiffel Tower glitter every night off the terrace . We were within a 20 minute walking distance of the Eiffel tower. Many restaurants and many grocery stores were only 5 to 10 minute walks. You could also walk to the arc de Triomphe monument in 20 minutes . Well worth the cost. Thanks Anne

Excellent location, convenient to what’s needed but away from the noise. Outstanding local restaurants and impressive view of the Tower from the terrace. Great stay and even better host

From the arrival of our trip to departure the Host and building definitely added to a great experience in Paris. We were very conveniently located to everything we needed. Outstanding Apartment

The apartment is larger than it looks in the pictures. The Eiffel Tower views are tremendous and lend such an iconic element to the stay in Paris. The beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was spotless. Anne was extremely considerate and got us some Croissants, bread, cheese, ham, eggs and milk for our arrival. There was fruit and coffee set up and a bottle of champagne. She is extremely generous with her advice and very caring. She had a person clean the apartment several times a week and is truly a five-star hostess.

AMAZING!

My wife and I were in Paris for 10 days and this apartment was AMAZING! Our host, Anne, was just a treasure! She met us upon arrival and thoughtfully had some essentials waiting for us after our long journey. Baguette, ham cheese, coffee and even a lovely bottle of champagne! She gave us great recommendations and was easily accessible for any questions during our stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, in a wonderful neighborhood, and featured an expansive terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it exceeded any expectation we had. It’s located in a secure building with a spacious, comfortable living area, two bedrooms, bathrooms upstairs and down, with kitchen (fully equipped) and washer and dryer. Balconies on both sides and lovely plants add to the tranquility. Perfect location! There are wine and cheese shops just outside the building and a fantastic grocery literally across the street. There’s even a Farmer’s Market on the corner on Thu and Sat. The metro is just a 5-minute walk, located on a roundabout with lots of restaurant options. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Anna!

Location great. Air conditioning in bedrooms

What a terrific location, grocery across street, bakery, florists, farmers market!!!! It is a "old time classic" apartment. Furniture and furnishings are classic, but a bit dated. Do not bring children. View of Eiffel Tower such a treat. Apartment is not air conditioned but bedrooms are. Bedrooms have in suite showers/sink. Toilet shared in hall. Beds very comfortable. Host is lovely. Greeted after long travel day with a lunch and champagne. How sweet.
